02 / Profile
Fourteen years of turning complex credit portfolios into profitable, precise decisions.
My career began at the intersection of engineering rigour and financial strategy. A B.Tech from IIT Kanpur gave me the instinct to find signal in noise; an MBA from IIM Bangalore with a year at Texas A&M sharpened it into business impact.
At Citi, I spent nine years inside one of the world's largest retail credit operations, managing the $10Bn Sears Cards portfolio and earning three promotions. At Axis Bank, I lead a team of ten, overseeing a $4Bn cards book and building the data infrastructure — propensity models, recommender engines, feature stores, 10+ BI dashboards — that drives day-to-day profitability decisions.
I work at the boundary of strategy, analytics, and execution.
“Promoted thrice at Citi in eight years. Awarded Payments Icon of the Year at Axis Bank.”
